Whoever thought about placing the sink in the room outside of the bathroom of the twin room made a real big mistake. It's not hygenic and unaccesible.

Would stay in this hotel again for good value and location

1.Housekeeping is good; cleans the room everyday and provides new slippers. 2. Location is good: 1 minute walk to Bongeunsa Station (Exit 3) with escalator (for elderly/luggage). Starbucks and a 24 hr Korean restaurant, Olive Young health & beauty store, a convenience store are only a few steps away. Exit 7 brings you to Coex and lots of restaurants (most open at 11am though). The only down side is, if your itinerary is mainly in Seoul (eg.Myeongdong, Dongdaemun), then, this location is not ideal as you need to transfer to Line 9, or if you take a bus from Seoul to the hotel, it will take approximately 45-60 mins due to traffic. Taxi fares from Seoul to hotel is reasonable though at 16,000 won or less. 3. Staff can speak and understand simple English; helped to book taxi for me a couple of times.

1. The hotel restaurant only opens for breakfast and lunch, otherwise, you need to source for food somewhere else outside those timings. 2. Pillows are too soft to my liking. 3. Hotel lobby area is small, different from pictures in Booking.com

Great location, super comfortable beds!

The location right across the street from Coex and Bongeunsa Temple was excellent. Buses or metro went everywhere from right in front of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. The rooftop terrace saw lovely at sunrise and sunset.

The breakfast was overpriced for what it was but that is not unusual in a hotel breakfast.

Affordable hotel near Coex

The location was good, it’s a few minutes walk to the subway station and walking distance from Coex. The room was cosy

A convenient location to bus, metro, restaurants and mall.

The location was excellent - a 3-minute walk from the metro, the nearby side street has many small restaurants, and the COEX Starfield mall for great shopping. In the room, the bed and bedding are super comfortable and there is a nespresso coffee machine and capsules are supplied.

The room was on the small side but was not a major negative.

Location is great to the convention center

Checked into a unclean room. They compensated with breakfast ticket. Deluxe room with temple view, you barely can see the temple. You can see it from the restaurant.

We attended one exhibition in COEX center. Location was very comfortable for us. Staffs can speak English fluently.

Room was very small and interior was not good. Also, they did not provide disposable tools such as toothpaste, brush, hair comb. Do not have water boiler. It was not high value for paid money

Great place to stay in Gangnam Gu!

The location was great! Lots of shopping was nearby and the subway and bus station were right downstairs. The room was comfy. The front desk was stocked with little treats and refreshing fruit infused water and the staff was exceptional especially the Housekeeping Manager. She was extremely accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. If you stay here don't forget to checkout the rooftop garden. The rooftop had a beautiful view of the city and the Han River. When we return to Seoul we will definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had was that the water did not drain efficiently in the shower. The shower was huge and beautiful but not all the water drained so it was slippery. I'm sure if I would have said something to the staff they would have provided a mat or something but I kept forgetting to ask. (Management, if you are wondering this was room 1506.)

When showering water flowed under shower door and pooled around toilet The sun pool floor was closed but not advertised as such on website There is an emergency button in the bathroom in case of accidents. We mistakenly pressed it one day and it lit up. No staff came or called the room so it obviously does not work in emergencies
